About ISC
The Redwood City based Internet Systems Consortium, Inc. (ISC) is a nonprofit public benefit corporation dedicated to supporting the infrastructure of the universal connected self-organizing Internet – and the autonomy of its participants – by developing and maintaining core production quality software, protocols, and operations.
ISC was originally founded to continue the work of maintaining and enhancing BIND following in the footsteps of U. C. Berkeley, Digital Equipment Corp., and Vixie Enterprises. ISC's operational activities include root name service, Internet hosting facilities, secondary name service for more than 50 toplevel domains, and a DNS OARC (Operations, Analysis and Research Center) for monitoring and reporting of the Internet's Domain Name System.
Today, ISC has employees in California, Massachusetts, Canada, Holland, and Australia, and a global constituency.

About NICBR
NICBR is the entity, coordinated by the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee - CGIBR, with the attribution to coordinate and to integrate all Internet services in Brazil, assuring quality and efficiency in all offered services.
Specially must support the development of Internet services, approve and commend policies for the brazilian Internet, and technical and operational procedures, allocate the Internet address space and register all domain names under the ccTLD <.br>, promote the interconnection of different backbones and collect, organize and share information and statistics about Internet services.

About NIDA Consortium
NIDA Consortium is a joint venture between NIDA, Inames, and CyDentity.
The National Internet Development Agency of Korea (NIDA) is a non-profit organization. It was founded in 1999 with the aim of building a stable Internet address management system. Since then, NIDA has been in charge of allocating & managing Internet addresses in an efficient manner including R&D activities designed to increase the use of Internet. It has established a stable framework for managing the Internet address resources and promoting international cooperation and comprehensive policies.
As a sub-organization of NIDA, Korea Network Information Center (KRNIC) also has endeavored in allocation and assignment of domestic IP addresses and registration of .KR domains. As of now, NIDA manages about 590,000 .KR domains. In addition, NIDA has showed continuous support for international cooperation and development in Internet through its outreach programs for developing countries and active participation in various international organizations and conferences.
In this way, NIDA has been playing a key role in Internet development of Korea based on Korea's world-class high-speed network infrastructure. NIDA is located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

The .za domain name authority (.za DNA) was established in 2002 in order to administer the .za (South African) top level domain of the Internet. One of the company's primary objectives is to enhance public awareness of the economic and commercial benefits of domain name registration.
An essential task of the .za domain name authority is to administer and manage the .za domain name space in compliance with international best practice concerning the administration of domain name space. Besides that, it is also responsible for licensing and regulating registries as well as registrars for the respective registries.
